#TRA2024 Update!

OPTIWISE partner, Maarten Flikkema (FIMC) presented the Optiwise EU project at the Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2024 conference, which was held in Dublin on April 15th-18th, and attended the WaterborneTP stand!

Maarten Flikkema, as the corresponding author of the accepted paper, gave a presentation titled "OPTIWISE Sailing into the Future: Wind-Assisted Propulsion of Ships" during the Technical Session 2.2.6: "Maritime Approaches for Zero Emissions".

His presentation offered insightful perspectives on the pivotal role of wind propulsion in shaping the maritime landscape.
