Strategic Analysis and Innovation Potential Unveiled in OPTIWISE Project by CORE IC

CORE IC, task leader of the “Wind concept and partner exploitation plan” of the project, analyzed the second phase of the established exploitation strategy defined in D6.1 for the project's duration. A visual demonstration of the exploitation plan to be followed is laid out in detail, along with an analysis of the phase 2 sub-actions.

This comprehensive analysis delves into the crucial aspects of the project, particularly focusing on potential Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and the associated Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) for the Individual Exploitable Results. To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of these KERs, CORE IC initiated a collaborative feedback process with the project’s technology partners. Their insights will be instrumental in refining and validating these key outcomes. This activity will ensure that the project’s identified KERs align seamlessly with the project's goals and outcomes.

In parallel, CORE IC conducted an in-depth analysis of the prevailing barriers that impede the widespread adoption of innovative technologies within the shipping industry. This insightful examination provides the Project with a clear understanding of the challenges at hand. By juxtaposing these barriers with the driving forces and emerging trends in the shipping industry, the high innovation potential of OPTIWISE has been illuminated.

This potential, rooted in the project's holistic approach and cutting-edge solutions, positions OPTIWISE at the forefront of leveraging emerging opportunities in the shipping industry.
